Keep the Schoology grades available to you organized in one dashboard, open full assignment and category breakdowns, and choose whether to receive grade-change alerts.
One view across courses
GradeSync shows your available courses with their current overall grades, then lets you open a course for assignment scores, grading categories, missing work, excused work, and teacher-provided course details.
Optional grade-change notifications
Students can choose email or iPhone push alerts when GradeSync detects a meaningful grade change. Delivery timing depends on when Schoology exposes the update, the student's settings, and notification-provider availability.
Preserving recently archived courses
When a school archives current courses at the end of a term, GradeSync can preserve the most recently synchronized course names, banners, assignments, and grade details until new active courses become available. Preserved data reflects the last successful sync.
Available on the web and iPhone
The same GradeSync account works through gradesync.one and the GradeSync iPhone app. GradeSync signs in through Schoology authorization and does not receive your Schoology password.
Read-only access
GradeSync cannot create, edit, submit, or delete anything in Schoology. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by PowerSchool or Schoology. Availability depends on participating districts.
