What is GradeSync?

GradeSync is a grade viewer for Schoology. It connects to your Schoology account and presents your grades in a fast, clean interface with features like GPA calculation, class averages, and assignment leaderboards.

How do I sign in?

Tap "Continue" on the login screen. You'll be redirected to your school's Schoology login page. Sign in with your school credentials — GradeSync never sees your password.

Does GradeSync store my grades?

GradeSync fetches your grades directly from Schoology each time you open the app. Grade snapshots are stored temporarily to power grade-change notifications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

What is the leaderboard?

The leaderboard lets you optionally share your grade on a specific assignment so you can see how you compare to classmates. Sharing is always opt-in — you choose which assignments to share.

How do push notifications work?

GradeSync can send you a push notification when a grade changes. You can enable or disable notifications per course from the Notifications screen inside the app.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@gradesync.one with your request and we will delete your account and associated data within 7 days.

The app isn't loading my grades. What should I do?

Pull down to refresh on the dashboard. If grades still don't load, sign out from your profile and sign back in. If the issue persists, email us at support@gradesync.one.

GradeSync uses your Schoology credentials only to fetch your grades via Schoology's official API. We do not store your Schoology password. Your data is protected in transit with HTTPS. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
