What is GradeSync?
GradeSync is a free, independent Schoology grade calculator. It organizes the grades available to you and adds what-if calculations, GPA estimates, class averages and opt-in leaderboards, plus optional grade-change alerts.
How do I sign in?
Tap Continue, search for a participating school or district, and continue through its Schoology authorization page. GradeSync does not receive your Schoology password. District availability can change based on Schoology integration approval.
Does GradeSync store grades?
GradeSync stores course and grade data needed to display the app, preserve recently archived courses, calculate comparisons, and detect changes. Authentication tokens are encrypted at rest. See the Privacy Policy for details.
What is the GradeSync leaderboard?
The leaderboard lets you choose to share a score on a specific assignment with participating GradeSync classmates. Sharing is opt-in and removable. Other individual grades stay private.
What are GradeSync class averages?
GradeSync averages use compatible data from participating GradeSync classmates. They may represent only part of the class and are not official teacher-published Schoology averages.
How do notifications work?
You can choose email or iPhone push notifications for meaningful grade changes. Delivery depends on when Schoology exposes an update, your settings, and notification-provider availability.
Grades are not loading
Refresh the dashboard first. If the problem continues, sign out and authorize GradeSync again. Contact support with the school or district name and the approximate time of the failure, but never send your password.
How do I request deletion?
Email support@gradesync.one from the address connected to your account. GradeSync will verify and process the request.
